We grow various strains of mushrooms in an indoor automated environment.
What does that mean? We control the necessary temperature, humidity and light required to grow the very best mushrooms, year round. All our mushrooms are grown on Organic and GMO-free substrate, which means they're pesticide free as well!

Lion's Mane
Lion's Manes: a delicate white mushroom with a slightly sweet flavor. Perfect as an addition to seafood pastas and risottos or a great crab/lobster alternative on its own.
