We grow 3 specific strains of mushrooms (so far) in an indoor controlled environment.
What does that mean? We control the necessary temperature, humidity and light required to grow the very best mushrooms. All our mushrooms are grown on Organic and GMO-free Hardwood and Soy Hulls, which means they're pesticide free as well!

Lion's Mane
Lion's mane are a delicate white mushroom with a slightly sweet flavor. Perfect as an addition to seafood pastas and risottos or a great crab/lobster alternative on its own.

Oyster (King, Blue, Pink)
We offer two types of Oyster mushrooms
King: rich and meaty, great meat alternative for grilling
Blue: more delicate and slightly sweet, great addition to a Bolognese sauce

Enoki Mushroom
You can regcognize Enoki by their unique bundled strands of white Stems 'n Caps.
Flavor profile is mild and slightly earthy, our absolute favorite recipe is a Faux-chicken Enoki fried sandwich.
